EAs, PAs, and Business Support professionals play a vital role in Internal Communication within their organisations. With up to 60% of companies lacking a long-term Internal Communication strategy - and many having no dedicated IC function - EAs often bridge the gap: aligning messaging, creating content, managing platforms, and supporting leadership communication.

Internal Communication isn’t just for corporate comms – it’s a critical skill for anyone supporting senior leaders and teams. Whether you're crafting executive updates, managing stakeholder expectations, or ensuring smooth team communication, a solid foundation in Internal Communication can elevate your role and your impact.
