With up to 60% of companies lacking a long-term Internal Communication strategy - and many having no dedicated IC function - EAs often bridge the gap: aligning messaging, creating content, managing platforms, and supporting leadership communication.
Internal Communication isn’t just for corporate comms – it’s a critical skill for anyone supporting senior leaders and teams. Whether you're crafting executive updates, managing stakeholder expectations, or ensuring smooth team communication, a solid foundation in Internal Communication can elevate your role and your impact.

As the former EA to two Formula 1 Team Principals, one of the unwritten elements of Nicole Bearne’s job was to ensure a clear flow of communication across the team, to build strong connections and keep everyone motivated during challenging times.
In the fast-paced world of Formula 1, where every millisecond counts, teamwork is the key to success. From flawless pit stops to real-time strategy calls, smooth collaboration is essential to win races.
This led Nicole to develop her skills in Internal Communication and create the IC function at the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team. Today she is a specialist Internal Communication consultant and trainer, supporting a range of organisations with Internal Communication and Employee Engagement expertise.
Our workshop is held at The Bridge, a vibrant venue in central London. The Bridge is a charity founded in 1932 to support women's health and wellbeing. Today, the charity is guided by a vision for the future and a solid set of principles that stem from the pioneering work of the women who laid the foundations. It works to reduce inequalities in health and wellbeing by supporting women to make healthy life choices.
By hiring The Bridge’s colourful and spacious meeting rooms for our 1-day workshops, we are pleased to be supporting the excellent work of this charity.
Their non-profit café provides our catering and also acts as a space to connect, unwind, network and find community. Our workshop menu includes tea, coffee and fresh plates of deliciously different veggie/plant-based food.
