The Comms Exchange was founded by Nicole Bearne, former Head of Internal Communication at the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team.
Nicole spent 25 years working inside the high-performance world of Formula One. During that time, the teams she supported won nine World Championships, including an unprecedented run of eight consecutive titles with Mercedes-AMG Petronas.
Working at the heart of a championship-winning team gave Nicole first-hand experience of what it takes to build and sustain high-performance. Through The Comms Exchange, she now draws on that experience to help organisations strengthen communication, support their people and create the conditions for teams to perform at their best. Her approach combines real-world leadership experience with evidence-based organisational psychology. She holds a Master’s degree in Organisational Behaviour and a CIPR Postgraduate Diploma in Internal Communications. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (MCIPR) and an Accredited PR Practitioner.
Nicole is also a sought-after keynote speaker sharing insights from Formula One with audiences worldwide. Her talks explore how organisations can create environments where people feel empowered to contribute, speak up and perform at their best.
