Building high-performing teams through outstanding communication and world-class employee experience

The way we work is changing and, now more than ever, organisations need to understand and adapt to the needs of their people. A new normal requires a new approach - one that involves employees.

Drawing on 25 years’ experience of Formula One motorsport, we know what sets high-performing teams apart from the rest. We also know how to operate in an uncertain and rapidly changing environment. And we’d like to share that expertise with you.

How do we do it? By providing innovative, creative and supportive Internal Communications and Employee Experience (EX) solutions that are underpinned by a blend of real-world experience and evidence-based organisational psychology. We're all about creating the moments that matter - those pivotal points that help to establish a happy, productive and supported workforce.

Hear what our clients have to say

At our Lisbon seminar, Nicole Bearne gave the Valeo team insight into the ‘people side’ of an F1 team. The team dynamics, the highs and the lows, and the lessons we can draw from this in our own professional lives. It was great and I would absolutely recommend Nicole to anyone looking for an inspiring talk.

Nicole was able to show us that involving the employees by truly creating a psychologically safe environment and giving them a voice can move mountains.
